The first time we had Duck Fat Fries was at a great spot in Portland, Maine, called none other than "Duckfat." You have to try them to believe them but potatoes and duckfat really are made for each other. I thought these were going to be all the rage by now but they are hard to find outside of Portland. Let me know if you have a favorite restaurant with duckfat fries on the menu and how they rate. Or if you're ever in Portland, definitely try these and report back to me!
